Leather and Art websiteTrevor Lamb is the talent behind Leather and Art. His work ranges from astonishing fantasy helmets, leather art, belts and a range of motoring and aviation helmets, the last of which can be seen in Peter Jackson's King Kong!

Leather and Art red helmetTrevor was trying to reach a wider audience, particular overseas. He was unsure about a website, but after a bit of encouragement he's now turned into a blogging fiend, updating the site himself with his latest news and photos.

He's also making inroads into the global market too; the site makes it very easy for him to show his leather and art to the world!

Visique Taupo website

Visique Taupo website

We were approached by Visique Optometrists to create and maintain websites for two of their practices.

An initial site design had been completed by a larger company, but they were looking for a more cost-effective and personal solution, which is where we came in.

We've worked with the practices to customise and update the sites to meet their needs, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services to ensure that the sites score highly in searches.

Carterton Preschool websiteCarterton Preschool is a wonderful early education centre- our daughter loved her time there and headed off to school with a host of literacy and numeracy skills under her belt.

Cleanly designed and straightforward to use, this site gives parents the information they need to choose Carterton Preschool for their kids!

NZ Games website

NZ Games website

The New Zealand Games Association (NZGA) aims to encourage the development of the game industry in Aotearoa New Zealand, from game design & development, through publishing and sales.

We are focussed on physical games, including games with boards, cards, dice, tiles, blocks etc. These include all common board, card & family games, as well as quiz games, dexterity games and more.

Bek and I are obviously heavily involved in the boardgame industry, and we're members of the NZGA.

We set up the site using WordPress for easy updating, and Bek designed the NZGA logo.

TileIt websiteThis site for fabulous local tiler Julie Madden is simple but effective. The colour scheme reflects TileIt's logo design, and uses clear navigation to tell the story of Julie's experience, skills and portfolio.

Julie was somewhat shy about blowing her own horn, so I wrote a lot of the descriptive text. To me, hiring a tradesperson is about two things: sure, they need to be skilled, but as they'll often be in your household for a while, you want to know what kind of a person they'll be to deal with. Julie's fantastic in both areas, as I think the site shows.

If you have a tiling job, give her a bell- she's not the cheapest but she's worth every cent!

Carterton School websiteCarterton School's website needed to be able to maintain staffing lists, latest news, info for parents, board minutes, terms and holidays, charters and policies and much more. It also required password-restricted areas for some student areas.

We used WebSite Baker, one of the easiest-to-use Content Management Systems (CMS) around, to keep its information up to date in the simplest and most expedient way possible.

The site's been running happily for four years and has become a focus for staff recruiting and is often mentioned as a great resource by families moving into the area who were choosing a school for their kids.
